Ronald W. Kaiser

Ron Kaiser has more than 25 years experience in corporate finance, accounting and executive management and has served as CFO for nine different technology companies. As a CFO, Mr. Kaiser has participated in raising over $650 million in private and public financing through initial public offerings and follow-on financings. He served as CFO for Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for the calendar year 2007, during which Sucampo successfully completed its initial public offering in August, 2007. Mr. Kaiser served as the CFO of PharmAthene, Inc. a developer of bio defense pharmaceuticals, from April of 2005 through December of 2006, and as CFO of Air Cargo Inc., a transportation logistics company, from February 2003 to March 2005. Prior to Air Cargo, Inc., Mr. Kaiser was CFO, Treasurer and Secretary of OTG Software from 1998 through 2002 where he oversaw an initial public offering, numerous acquisitions and the eventual sale of the company to Legato Systems and as CFO to an Internet firewall and security software company, Trusted Information Systems, Inc., where he orchestrated the company's public offering in 1996 as well as its ultimate sale in 1998 to Network Associates.

Prior to his tenure at TIS, he served as CFO for companies in the telecommunications, life sciences and software sectors in the Mid Atlantic and Midwest. Mr. Kaiser was recognized by Tech Capital magazine in 1999 as one of the East Coast's Top CFOs and currently serves on the Board of Directors for OPNET Technologies, Inc., a software company, as well as other private and Not-for-profit organizations.
