Rich Moore has over 20 years of marketing and sales management experience in emerging-growth technology companies that includes M&A integration, international development, investor relations and support for multiple IPOs.

Moore has previously served in executive capacities with identity management firm BNX Systems; chief marketing officer for Cyveillance, a leader in online risk monitoring and management; marketing executive at Descartes Systems Group and Roadshow International; senior vice president of corporate communications at Systems Center and VM Software. Additionally, he has held executive positions within the entertainment industry, including Caesars Hotel-Casinos.

Moore also serves on the board of Inserso, a provider of application development services to public and private sector clients, and the board of advisors for Noxilizer, a biotech firm.
