Vocus Customer Advisory Council
Vocus created the Customer Advisory Council (CAC) to help guide the evolution of the company's popular on-demand public relations software suite. Members of the CAC convene periodically with Vocus executives to discuss proposed product enhancements, beta test new features, develop the annual user conference agenda and help the company maintain its thought leadership position. This close interaction between customers and Vocus helps guide development of Vocus products and services and ensures that the company continues to exceed the expectations of the public relations industry.
