Ample seating is also available so you can get away from the desk to have lunch with friends and co-workers. Quarterly company-wide meetings are held in entertainment venues out of the office and sometimes out of town. The name of this committee says it all: It's all about you! When it comes to patting ourselves on our backs, we use a velvet glove. This committee is responsible for enhancing our work lives by introducing programs that are fun and relaxing. Regularly scheduled activities such as catered breakfast and lunch, on-site happy hours, basketball and ping pong tournaments and group Yoga classes are complemented by large scale events like a night out at the ballgame or a luau party with an executive dunk tank. These activities remind employees that our success is a direct result of their hard work. It is all about you!

Our focus shifts from the employees to the community through an initiative that encourages our employees to give back to the communities in which we live and work. Charities are selected by employees so a broad range of causes benefit from our involvement. From toy and blood drives to charity walks and races, there is an activity that suits everyone. Over the past years, we have participated in Golf for Hope for Brain Cancer Research, the Howard County Autism Society Annual Pieces of the Puzzle Gala and the Butch Sullivan Memorial Golf Tournament.
