Steve Vintz is an accomplished financial executive with more than 18 years of financial, operational and strategic planning experience working with growth companies in the technology industry.

At Vocus, Vintz oversees all financial, legal, investor relations, human resources and administration functions. Vintz has led the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion, including an initial public offering, a follow-on offering and three acquisitions. Under his leadership, Vocus has received numerous accolades for its financial success including 11 consecutive years among the Deloitte Fast 500 list of fastest growing technology companies in North America and recognition by Forbes as one of America's 25 Fastest Growing Technology Companies. In 2008, Vintz won the Northern Virginia Technology Council's Public Company CFO of the Year.

Prior to Vocus, Vintz was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis at Snyder Communications, a NYSE listed advertising and marketing services company. During his tenure at Snyder, Vintz played a lead role in the execution and integration of over 45 acquisitions and oversaw growth from $86 million to nearly $1 billion in revenue.

Prior to Snyder, Vintz was a manager with Ernst & Young. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Loyola College Sellinger School of Business. Vintz acts as an advisor to several technology companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fishbowl Marketing.
