May 17, 2000: The final episode of the teen drama series “Beverly Hills, 90210” aired. The series finale, which featured characters Donna Martin and David Silver getting married and Kelly Taylor and Dylan McKay reuniting, aired on Fox Television network. The series, which first aired on Oct. 4, 1990, initially focused on Brandon and Brenda Walsh, two teens transported from Minnesota to Beverly Hills. The series later evolved and focused on other characters and included story lines such as alcohol and drug abuse, learning disabilities, domestic violence and AIDS. A reboot of the series, simply titled “90210,” debuted on the CW network in 2008 and recently just aired its final episode on May 13.
