New York’s Cooperstown Crier names new editor and reporter
Michelle Miller has been named editor at the Cooperstown Crier and is responsible for both the print and online editions of the newspaper. She replaces Jim Austin, who retired last month. Since joining The Crier in 2007, she has worked as a staff writer.
Greg Klein also started this month at the paper as a reporter. Most recently, he served as a contributing writer to the Crier and as a sports clerk at its sister paper, the Daily Star. Klein wrote the book, “The King of New Orleans,” and two plays.
The Cooperstown Crier has a weekly circulation of approximately 2,400. It serves the town of Cooperstown, N.Y.
