Newark Post names editor

Josh Shannon is now the editor and online editor of the Newark Post, replacing Katy Bowman who left the industry last January. Shannon has most recently served as the interim editor of the Post. Prior to that, he was the digital content manager for the paper’s sister publication, the Cecil Whig, as well as the business and features reporter. Shannon has also worked for the News Journal in Wilmington, Del.
The Newark Post has a weekly circulation of approximately 12,000 and serves Newark and the surrounding areas of New Castle County, Del.
