GR101: Feeling Comfortable with Vocus |
During this 3-hour, hands-on session, the Vocus team will review the basic features and functionality of your Vocus GR product. We will run queries, searches, and review list management to help you target optimum results. You will learn to pull reports, import and export data, and you'll master the Communications Wizard, a great tool for easily updating your contributor base about important legislation, or requesting additional donations. Get started on the road to GR success with this course geared towards beginning Vocus GR users and those hoping to develop a deeper knowledge of the product. |

GR201: Enhancing Communications and Measuring Results |
For the second half of the day we'll delve deeper in to the capabilities of the Vocus GR product. We'll start with a foray into the Communications Wizard, including setting up, using, and tracking email campaigns, and tactics for driving donors to your eAdvocacy site. In the second half of the period, we'll work to quantify your communications efforts by identifying measurements and building and pulling advanced reports. This hands-on session is recommended for those who are seeking to better understand the full capabilities of your Vocus GR product. |
