PAC101: Feeling Comfortable with Vocus |
During this 3-hour, hands-on session, the Vocus team will review the basic features and functionality of your Vocus PAC product. We will review the various areas of the product, including: file area transactions, Individuals, PAC Organizations, Organizations, and Pledges. We will run queries, searches, and review lists to help you target optimum results. We will also review some basic reports to help you gauge the success of your PAC program. This course geared towards beginning Vocus PAC users and those hoping to develop a deeper knowledge of the product, will be a great way to familiarize yourself with the tools to help you build a stronger PAC! |

PAC201: There's so much more to Vocus |
Building on your prior knowledge of Vocus PAC (including that acquired during this morning's session) we'll embark on an educational journey in to understanding batch receipt entry, PAC imports, bank reconciliation, budgets, source codes and categories, all geared towards increasing your accuracy and reducing your manual paperwork. Next we'll dive in to the Communication Wizard, and email campaigns, which can automate communications to your membership. Then we'll pull various reports, which will help you to measure your successes. And did you know that your eAdvocacy site can mirror your corporate or association web site? We'll show you all this and more during this 3-hour, hands-on session. |
