The Registration Desk is located on the Ballroom Level at the base of the escalator.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all training and conference functions. The Thursday evening reception (7:00 – 9:00 p.m.) is casual. (Note: The reception will be held in the Mandarin Oriental Grand Ballroom.)

Badge Policy

Attendees are requested to wear their Vocus Users Conference badges to all training and conference functions except for the Thursday evening reception (7:00 – 9:00 p.m.).

Business Center

The Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C. Business Center is located near the elevators on the Ballroom Level across from the Corcoran room. Some features include multiple computers for accessing high speed internet, printing, making copies and sending packages.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Electronic Devices

As a courtesy to all speakers and fellow attendees at the Vocus Users Conference, please switch all electronic devices to silent mode. If you need to take a call, please make every attempt to exit the session rooms quietly and with as little disturbance as possible.

Hotel Baggage Check and Ballroom Level Check Room

Should you arrive at the Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C. prior to the 3:00 p.m. check-in time or would like to check out after 12:00 noon and need to store your bags, please stop by the bell desk for assistance with luggage storage.

Metro Stops

The nearest metro stops to the Mandarin Oriental, Washington DC are Smithsonian and L'Enfant Plaza (a 10-minute walk).

Parking Costs

The Mandarin Oriental does not have self parking. There is a garage in the Portals I building at 1280 Maryland Avenue. The garage lobby opens at 6:00 a.m. daily and closes at 8:00 p.m. You can retrieve your car after hours, but the lobby is closed. The cost is $15.00 daily. The garage accepts major credit cards for payment.

Valet parking rates at the hotel are:
Overnight: $38 plus tax
Daily Guests: 0 to 2 hours $18 inclusive of tax. 2+ hours $25 inclusive of tax

Reception Thursday Evening, June 4th

Join Vocus in the Mandarin Oriental Grand Ballroom on Thursday, June 4th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. for an evening of conversation, cocktails and fun as the piano playing stars from Bobby McKeys Dueling Piano Bar in the National Harbor entertain and amuse the crowd.
